My blooming orchid

I bought an orchid over the summer to complement our lovely re-done bathroom. The flowers only last so long and in the past I have not had luck growing new ones. After many months of careful watering and fertilizing, I am proud to say that my orchid has bloomed again!

    Oooh. I had an orchid. I took it outside on the patio, and it thrived (?) all summer. I was thinking to bring it in, and we had an early frost. Drat!

    I bought an orchid at a yard sale for $2 this summer. I repotted it and am fertilizing it and have my fingers crossed.No sign of a bloom yet but several new leaves. I am waiting.
